If you want to have a good day tomorrow, you should make some preparations for that today! Speaking of setting yourself up for a success, practicing a little bit of nightmare organization will definitely do wonders! This article will give you some tips about what you should do in order to have the most successful day tomorrow.

So, do the following things tonight:

GET YOUR BREAKFAST READY

Decide what you would like to have for breakfast before you go to bed. Maybe you would like a coffee, tea and a bowl of cereal or maybe you prefer a more healthy breakfast like a smoothie. Whatever it is, try to set everything up so that in the morning you wouldn’t have to run around the kitchen leaving a total mess behind you.

QUICKLY TIDY UP YOUR LIVING SPACE

We are not talking about a deep clean here, you should just try and make it look light and clean again. Is there something worse than seeing a mess as soon as you wake up?

CHOOSE WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO WEAR

It’s very important to choose your outfit before you go to bed because in the wee hours of the morning you could easily waste from 15 minutes to a whole hour trying to decide which combination of clothes is the best for that day. What is more, the indecisiveness that is common early in the morning can leave you with a huge mess of clothes to deal with when you come back from work. So use 10 minutes to decide about your clothes the night before and avoid nervousness, panic and all the other negative feelings that go with being late for work.

ASSESS YOUR DAY

You would spend no more than 15 minutes to review what you accomplished and what needs to be done. You can do this while you lay in your bed. Try to realize what worked and what didn’t. If something didn’t work figure out why. In this way you will avoid repeating the same mistakes tomorrow.

FILL IN TOMORROW’S TO DO LIST

The last step is to write at least two goals that you want to accomplish tomorrow. In this way, when you get up and go to work, you’ll already know what your priorities are and you can start working on them right away.
