Fruit diets are most desirable for summer, but can also be applied in other seasons because they help the body to be cleaned from toxins while lowering some kilograms.

In fruit diets, only bananas and grapes are excluded, because they are quite caloric. Then there are no restrictions. You can eat at least once a day a protein – white fish or white chicken.

It’s just in case you can not handle only fruits. We offer you an easier variant of a fruit diet. There are 4 meals a day, of course, you drink plenty of water and fruit juices.

In addition to diet, we recommend cardio exercises 3-4 times a week for at least 1 hour.

Day 1

Breakfast: 1/2 melon, 1/2 cup low fat yogurt

Lunch:500 grams of fruit salad with yogurt and honey overflow

Snack: 50 g of raw nuts

Dinner: 3 apples, 1 cup yogurt with honey

Day 2

Breakfast: Oat flakes with yogurt and fruit

Lunch: 150 g fillets of white fish, 1 apple for dessert

Snack: 50 g of dry fruit

Dinner: 5 peaches / apricots, 1 orange juice, 50 g of walnuts

Day 3

Breakfast: 1 apple

Lunch: 300 g of fresh salad (fruit or vegetables) and 1 pack of juice

Snack: 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese with dried fruit

Dinner: 200 g fillets of white fish, garnished with fresh vegetables and 1 apple dessert

Day 4

Breakfast: 150 g of strawberries

Lunch: 200 g fillets of white fish, 2 tomatoes

Snack: 1 cup yogurt

Dinner: 400 g of fresh fruit of your choice

Day 5

Breakfast: 1 cup cottage cheese with dried fruit

Lunch: 150 gr of white chicken meat, 1 apple for dessert

Snack: 1 orange juice

Dinner: Salad with fresh vegetables, 100 g of cherries.
